1. Sponsor. The Protopia Monthly Feedback Drawing (the “Drawing”) is run by Protopia Technology Inc., 300 Delaware Ave. Suite 210 #319, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA (“Protopia”, “we”, “us”). The Drawing is not sponsored, endorsed or run by any university, by the gift card issuer, or by any social media platform.

2. Eligibility. The Drawing is open to people who, when they enter: (a) are at least 18 years old or the age of majority where they live, whichever is older; (b) are legal residents of the United States (including D.C.), Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, or Australia; and (c) are current or prospective students of a university or college. The Drawing is not open to employees, contractors, officers and directors of Protopia, staff of our university partners who manage the Protopia program, or members of their immediate families or households. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry periods. The Drawing runs in monthly entry periods. Each period starts at 12:00:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that month. The first period starts on October 1, 2026. Protopia may end the Drawing at any time by posting notice on https://protopia.co/sweepstakes-rules. Entries received before that notice stay eligible for the current period.

4. How to enter. There are two ways to enter. Both have the same chance of winning.

1. Online form. Fill in the feedback popup on a Protopia program page. Provide your name, a valid email address, and confirm you accept these Official Rules. You may give any feedback you like, positive or negative. You may also submit the form without answering the feedback questions.
2. Free email entry. Email privacy@protopia.co with the subject line “Monthly Drawing Entry”. Include your full name, email address, country of residence, and the university you attend or plan to attend. No feedback is needed.

Limit: one entry per person per entry period, regardless of method. Extra entries will be ignored. Entries are not carried over to later periods. Entries made by bots, scripts, multiple accounts or fake identities are void. Entries that are incomplete, late, or lost for technical reasons are void. Protopia’s servers are the official clock for the Drawing.

5. Prize. One (1) prize per entry period: a $50 Amazon digital gift card, or the equal value in local currency where we decide that is better (approximate retail value: USD $50). The gift card is subject to the issuer’s terms. No cash or other substitute, except Protopia may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be transferred. Any taxes are the winner’s responsibility.

6. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in that entry period.

7. Winner selection. Within 10 business days after each entry period ends, Protopia will pick one potential winner at random from all eligible entries for that period. The random draw is final.

8. Winner notification and verification. We will email the potential winner at the address provided. The potential winner must reply within 7 days to confirm their eligibility. A potential winner who lives in Canada must also correctly answer, without help, a time-limited math skill-testing question before being confirmed as the winner. If a potential winner does not reply in time, is not eligible, fails the skill-testing question, or does not follow these rules, they forfeit the prize. Protopia may then draw an alternate winner from the remaining entries. Protopia may ask for proof of age, identity, residence or enrollment before awarding a prize. Prizes are sent by email within 30 days after confirmation.

9. Publicity. We will not use a winner’s name, likeness or feedback in publicity without their separate written consent, except where the law requires us to publish a winners list.

10. General conditions. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Protopia’s decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the Drawing. Protopia may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, breaks these rules, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent way. If the Drawing cannot run as planned because of a virus, bug, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Protopia’s control, Protopia may cancel, suspend or modify the Drawing. In that case, Protopia may pick a winner from the eligible entries received before the problem.

11. Release and limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Protopia, its university partners, the gift card issuer, and each of their officers, directors, employees, contractors and agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim, loss or damage arising from entering the Drawing or from accepting, using or misusing a prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) wrong or incomplete entry information; (b) technical failures of any kind, including network, hardware, software or email failures; (c) entries that are lost, late, misdirected or damaged; (d) printing or typographical errors in these rules or in any Drawing materials; or (e) any loss or theft of a prize after it has been sent. The Released Parties make no warranty, express or implied, about any prize. Total liability of Protopia for any claim related to the Drawing is limited to the value of one prize (USD $50). Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.

12. Disputes and governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be decided individually, without any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, except where the law of your country or province gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering (if any) and do not include attorneys’ fees or punitive, incidental or consequential damages, where the law allows that limit.

13. Privacy. Information you give to enter is used as described in the Protopia Feedback Drawing Privacy Notice below and the Protopia Privacy Policy at https://protopia.co/privacy.

14. Winners list. For the name of a winner (first name and last initial only, plus country), email drawing@protopia.co within 60 days after the end of the relevant entry period, with the subject line “Drawing Winners List”.

Feedback Terms

1. Use of your feedback. You give Protopia a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, copy, change and analyse the feedback you submit. We use it to improve our services and our university partners’ programs. You do not have to give feedback, and you are not paid for it beyond your entry in the Drawing.

2. Sharing with your university. We may share your feedback with the university whose program page you visited. We share it with your name removed, unless you agree otherwise.

3. Quotes and testimonials. We will not publish your feedback with your name or anything that identifies you without your separate consent. If we publish an anonymous quote, we may note that the person was entered in a prize drawing.

4. What not to submit. Do not include other people’s personal information, confidential information, or anything unlawful, abusive or infringing. We may delete such content and void the entry.

5. No obligation. We are not required to act on, reply to, or keep any feedback. Submitting feedback does not create any relationship, contract or duty beyond these terms.

Privacy Notice

Protopia Technology Inc. is responsible for the personal information collected through the feedback popup and the Drawing. This notice adds to our Privacy Policy.

Legal basis (UK). We use your information to run the Drawing you entered (contract), to improve our services and prevent fraud (legitimate interests), and for marketing only with your consent.

Who we share it with. (a) The university whose program page you visited, which receives your feedback with your name removed unless you agree otherwise. (b) Service providers who host our systems, send email, or deliver gift cards, under contracts that limit their use of your data. (c) Authorities, where the law requires. We do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

International transfers. Protopia is based in the United States. Your information may be stored and processed in the US and other countries where our service providers work. Where needed, we use legal safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers from the UK.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information, or object to or limit how we use it. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time with the unsubscribe link. If you ask us to delete your information before a drawing, you will no longer be entered. You can also complain to your local privacy regulator (for example, the UK ICO, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner).

Age. The Drawing is for people 18 or older. If we learn that someone under 18 has entered, we will delete their entry and information.
