LSE ALUM NETWORKS WITH HUMAN RESOURCES GRADUATES TO ADVANCE HER CAREER

I often get the question from alumni and advancement leaders:
“So is this something alumni can use as well?”
Yes. Your community includes alumni, students, faculty, staff, parents, prospects, entrepreneurs and many more. The goal is to make that community truly inclusive by inviting everyone to connect with each other.
In fact, we strongly recommend to NOT put a box around it and market it as a “student networking tool.” Instead, invite everyone to advance their purpose by asking for advice and networking.
Plus, the lines of alumni and students are starting to blur with life-long learning.

The "ask"
I have 14 years of experience in HR, of which 11+years have been at CONSULTING COMPANY India. I currently manage PROGRAM and performance enablement for the entire India Region of 36000 people. I started with managing a location as HR Consultant to being a talent project manager for a business unit (across country). The projects spanned the spectrum of talent management and total rewards to include attracting, selecting, developing, retaining, and transitioning to achieve business outcomes.
I am looking to relocate to the UK for personal reasons. I am extremely keen to e-meet the alums and get insights into the HR industry. Would genuinely appreciate their advice on the career path I could potentially explore in the UK. I would be glad to share further details about my work and experience thus far.
