Hi! I’m a sophomore studying Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. I’m participating in the DukeEngage Miami program in which I will be living at the UMiami campus and participating in an immigration law-related internship, most likely at the Catholic Charities Legal Services. As a native resident of Durham, I’ve been heavily involved in activism and local politics for most of my life and hope to continue that throughout and post college.

During my summer program I will have a fair amount of free time and flexibility to my schedule and would love to meet Duke alums in the area for quick coffee chats and to learn more about their career paths. I am considering pursuing a law degree or potentially working in political risk analysis, however, all I really know at this point is that I enjoy politics, activism, international relations, and strategy. I am interested in hearing more from anyone who has experience in political science related careers.
