1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States (50 states and D.C.) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their province or territory of residence if older, at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.

3. Entry Period
The drawing begins at 8 a.m. EST on October 1, 2026, and ends at 6 pm. EST on October 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

4. How to Enter
Complete the “Protopia Networking Survey 2026” in full during the Entry Period and provide a valid email address. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries, automated entries, or entries made using false information will be disqualified. Completing the survey is free, and your survey answers have no effect on your chance of winning.

5. Prizes
Twenty-five (25) prizes are available: one signed copy of The 2-Hour Job Search, Third Edition by Steve Dalton per winner. Approximate retail value: US $[XX] / CA $[XX] each. Total approximate value of all prizes: US $[XX]. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not allocated by region. All eligible entries from the US and Canada compete in a single drawing.

6. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection
On or about [drawing date], Sponsor will randomly select 25 potential winners from all eligible entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

8. Skill-Testing Question (Canadian Residents)
Before being confirmed as a winner, a potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by email or phone.

9. Winner Notification and Confirmation
Potential winners will be notified at the email address provided with their entry. Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) days and may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and release. If a potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, does not meet eligibility requirements, fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly, or declines the prize, that prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

10. Prize Delivery
Sponsor will ship prizes at no cost to winners at a US or Canadian mailing address. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected with your entry is used only to run this drawing and contact winners, and is handled according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://protopia.co/privacy. Your survey responses are anonymized before analysis. You will not be added to any marketing list unless you separately give permission.

12. General Conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify this drawing if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor undermines its fairness or proper operation. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, or lost entries, or for technical errors. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of a prize.

13. Governing Law
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where the laws of a participant’s province or territory require otherwise.
