Emory chose Protopia to power its Ask An Emory Alum tool to make it easy for alumni to give back. Through the AI-powered “Question + Answer” tool, alumni can support students (and fellow graduates) with advice and networking right from the tools they already use (such as email).
Protopia’s technology mines the institution’s alumni data to carefully match questions to the best, available alumni who can choose to assist or guilt-free pass (until the requester has at least two answers).
